The Justice Department has concluded it’s investigation into the shooting death of Imam Luqman Ameen Abdullah in Detroit , Michigan by federal agents. The Justice Department in a press release said the investigation did not reveal a violation of the applicable federal criminal civil rights statute or warrant further federal criminal investigation.
