Daniel Covington was a former football player for the University of Louisville and was recently shot and killed in the downtown area Louisville, Kentucky. According to media reports, Daniel Covington allegedly had been involved in a dispute at a local bar with former University of Louisville star baseball player Isaiah Howe. The altercation later would continue outside where Howe shot Covington after he allegedly reached into Howe’s car. Howe has an attorney who denied that his client used any racial slurs toward Covington during their argument.
